- Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are only issued for defective or damaged items upon receipt.
- Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Used, altered, or installed hair products are not eligible for refunds.
- Customized orders and sale items are final and non-refundable.
Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Return Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging (including tags).
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
2. Return Shipping:
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- A tracking number must be provided to ensure the return is received
3. Inspection Process:
- All returned items are subject to inspection before approval.
- If the item does not meet return requirements, it will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
